This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If you request a demo we receive the name, email, store website and optional phone number you enter, and use them only to contact you about CartHotline.

Stores that use CartHotline

When a store installs CartHotline, its shoppers’ activity on that store — pages viewed, cart contents, checkout progress, approximate location, and contact details the shopper gave the store — is sent to CartHotline so the store and its closers can follow up. We process this information on the store’s behalf and under its instructions. Questions about a specific store’s data should go to that store.

Sharing

We don’t sell personal information. We use service providers for hosting, databases and notifications, who handle data only to run CartHotline.

Retention and security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to signed-in team accounts, and we keep it only as long as the store’s account needs it.
